This gentle yoga class will help align and strengthen, as well as promote flexibility and balance within the body, Along with learning basic yoga poses, focus is placed on proper breathing techniques to help enhance your relaxation so  you will feel more comfortable in your yoga practice.

Zumba® Kids - Kids naturally like to dance, so Zumba® Fitness created a program just for them! The choreography is specially customized for kids ages 4 to 7 and 8 to 11. Kids can play it loud and rock with their friends to their own rules! Birthday package include 1-1/2 hrs of fun, face painting, pizza, customized music and choreography.

Tabata Bootcamp - High Intensity Interval Training is an enhanced form of interval training. It's an exercise alternating periods of short intense anaerobic exercise with less intense recovery periods. HIIT is a form of cardiovascular exercise. A HIIT session may vary from 4 to 40 minutes. These short intense workouts, improve athletic capacity and conditioning, improve glucose metabolism and improve fat burning.
