Zumba Fitness: Zumba Fitness is a high energy work out that is based on Latin and international music and dance. Every class is a party where you lose yourself in the music, forget that you are actually working out and get in shape and your energy levels will be soaring(Now offered at the studio)                  

Zumba Kids (rotating):Kids naturally like to dance, so Zumba Fitness created a program just for them! The choreography is specially customized for kids ages 4 to 7 and 8 to11. Kids can play it loud and rock with their friends to their own rulesBirthday package include 1-1/2 hrs of fun, face painting, pizza, customized music and choreography.

PIYO Live: A total body fitness, athletic workout designed to whip you into shape from head to toe. PIYO is inspired by the practices of Pilates and Yoga to help you build strength and increase flexibility. PIYO includes cardiovascular, plyometrics, flexibility, balance, strength and conditioning training.  

ForeverFit HIIT Bootcamp:High Intensity Interval Training is an enhanced form of interval training. It's an exercise alternating periods of short intense anaerobic exercise with less intense recovery periods. HIIT is a form of cardiovascular exercise. A HIIT session  may vary from 4 to 40 minutes. These short intense workouts, improve athletic capacity and conditioning, improve glucose metabolism and improve fat burning. 


Les Mills Body Pump: This intense training technique accelerates your heart rate, burning up to 1,000 calories per work out and torching more fat to reveal gorgeous muscles  and a sleek sculpted body before your eyes. The rep effect, unlike traditional strength workouts that use heavy weights and bulk you up, uses lighter weight a at a higher rate of repetition so you can get leaner faster!

Full Body Fit Mix: total body strength, cardio training, resistance training- you'll bust through plateaus- weights, and resistance bands are optional

Pound Work Out:  full body; jam session; resistance; simulated drumming; fuses cardio; Pilates; strength movements, plyometrics, isometric poses; using Ripstix

Meal Planning:So many of us want to eat well, but it can be overwhelming. I will provide a 30 or 60 minute session where I can tailor a meal plan that is right for you. This will include  follow up sessions, as needed.

During this time:

  • I will listen to what your fitness goals are.
  • You will tell me what you eat on a regular basis. I need honesty here!
  • You will tell me what you think about your eating habits.
  • You will highlight your own strength  and your weakness in your food choices.
  • We will discuss what you want to accomplish.
  • You will define what you love and what you hate to eat.

I will work with all information you provide to me to create a meal plan that is not only based on you, but that will help you specifically  reach your goal with success.
